Responded quickly to my initial inquiry for a roof replacement estimate with a very competitive quote. Did a great job on the work itself with excellent workmanship. Replaced rotted wood, installed new flashing, replaced all vents, installed underlayment and new tile etc. all done correctly and to code. Cleaned up any debris and left a beautiful roof. Didnâ t cut any corners. We were done in less than 4 weeks from start to finish. We put down a small deposit and made progress payments AFTER the work was done - the way it should be. Iâ ve recommended them to my neighbors as well.
The entire team was very responsive and professional from the first time I met Alex. His estimate was fair and included many details not covered by other bidders. The team completed the work inside two weeks from start to finish, which I understand is record time. For example, my neighbor's roof was started a full week ahead of mine and he still doesn't have tile delivery. Anne kept me informed of every step along the way. My experience was excellent. I had a new flat roof installed by this company. They worked nonstop and got the roof done fast , they cleaned up daily . I had a spot left on my patio from the foam . They did come afterwards and remove it as promised, I would highly recommend.
